What I saw was a pure software upgrade that sits on DOS and runs
HotJava. Requirements were a 486 w/ 8 Meg RAM. The space on the
hard drive was in the 5M range, but this was only a beta and the
person at the booth wasn't sure how large it would grow. I don't
recall what the cost, if any, was.
The Java chip is a whole different beast and is intended to run
Java applications and be much more than just a network computer.
