Kaffe for BeOS R4 -- diffs and config files

Here are the diffs for BeOS R4.

diffs.gz contains context diffs; cfg.tgz contains the relevant "configure"
files (config/i386/beos/*).

Time permitting, I'd like to add a new native threading system for BeOS,
after I get the JIT to work (unless someone else volunteers).

Note to CVS maintainers: Please fixup the copyrights as appropriate.  I
hereby donate these additions pursuant to the GPL(?) license under which
the open-source portion of Kaffe is released.
