Beginners Problem - Is confdefs.h part of the B19.1 release or Ka ffe?

Hi,
Here is a snippet from a config.log file created when attempting to
build kaffe-0.10.1 for, to start with, Win NT 4.0.

configure:1391: for each function it appears in.)
configure: failed program was:

#include "confdefs.h"


I attempted to find the confdefs.h file in the cygwin B19.1 release,
/src and the kaffe release, but to no avail.
Can anyone tell me what product this file originates from?
