Strange behaviour of try..finally (fwd)

Kaffe 0.10.1 (not a snapshot, I think, I got this off the yggdrasil 
mirror); on FreeBSD/i386, with no particular configure options (i.e.
I just run './configure' then 'make install').

What does my test case do on your setup ?
