unix-jthreads fixed (rather ugly) for HP-UX

Hello!

Please, don't apply my recent patches for unix-jthreads. Kaffe works after
them only from the Midnight Commander with subshell support (bash) and
still doesn't work from the plain bash. I think that
./configure --with-staticlib --with-threads=unix-internal
should be the best choice for HP-UX users in the moment.
I forgot to say that I use HP-UX 10.20
