FIELD_OFFSET macro conflict with winnt.h in Visual C++

Hello!

I builded kaffe with Visual C++. It's quite different with GCC.
I had many trouble to compile it. So many lines of kaffe were modified
for Visual C++. 
I notice that FIELD_OFFSET macro in classMethod.h conflict with winnt.h
in VC. So FIELD_OFFSET is modified into FIELD_BOFFSET. 
I wish this macro will be changed not to conflict with winnt.h.
