Why no, I did not. Thanks for the pointer.
I strongly suggest this be mentioned more loudly on the web pages, and
the in-src documentation (like the README file)

Actually, since the script is an interface to gnats, it would make more
sense to have the web pages link to an actual gnats input form.
(as well as mention the script)
