Latest kaffe snapshot and AmigaOS

Ok, here are the results of 6 hours of debugging tonight :)
The hang during configure is caused by a buggy shell. I fixed the shell
now. Sources and binaries are available upon request.

I am currently building kaffe here using the latest snapshot and so far it
seems to be working. I had to update autoconf and automake too of course
but that was pretty obvious ;)

Ooops, first error comming in...

libtool doesn't seem to work. I guess its because it was long time ago
since libtool was ever updated for the AmigaOS.
