compiling apache jserv w/Kaffe 1.0b3

I managed to get Jserv 1.0b1 compiled and running on a cobalt
RaQ (mips) platform.  I'm using apache 1.3.3 and kaffe 1.0b3.
I had to patch a little java code within jserv to make this
work.  

It doesn't work 100%, but I am working on it.
