Kaffe requires -g

Note that Kaffe works just fine on these systems unless I compile it
with -O1 or -O0.

It works with -O1 on FreeBSD 4.0 (CVS, a couple weeks old), gcc 2.95.2.
It fails with -O1 on FreeBSD 3.4+, gcc 2.7.2.3.

So, it seems to be a FreeBSD 3.x and Linux 2.2.12 (at least)
problem...
