patch for a verbose -fullversion

Gah.  I removed
version.o: version-info.h

From the Makefile.am before submitting the patch...  (I was thinking
that the dependency generator tell make this fact, but it can't
compile version.c until version-info.h exists... ).   

I'm sorry I've made this even more compilcated.
