compiling to QNX6

Look at (and compile) developers/sp_offset.c.  It tries to determine
the correct SP_OFFSET for a platform.   I believe it has guessed wrong
in the past, though, so finding definitive QNX documentation is
probably the best course.

Also, you might configure with --enable-debug, and run with '-vmdebug
ALL' to get a trace of what's going on inside the VM.
