[kaffe] 'make install' doesn't obey prefix override

It is customary when cross-compiling to override
prefix at 'make install' time.  This lets you "install"
to a staging area which can then be packaged up
for inclusion in the initial ramdisk, or whatnot.

However, kaffe-1.0.7's makefiles don't seem to allow this.
(And cvs is broken right now, so I'm working with 1.0.7 for
the moment.)

I guess I'll start looking into how to fix this...
