[kaffe] Good news / server move

Hi,

Good news - I was able to get the kaffe.org domain name from
Transvirtual, so it looks like we'll stay online.  :-)

I've got several offers for a new server, and I'm just waiting on one of
the offers which should hopefully give us a nice stable home for a
while.  Hopefully, I can get things moved soon.  Meanwhile, the server
at Transvirtual still is online for the moment, so hopefully there will
be no noticeable downtime.
