[kaffe] pthread issues

Hi,
	I dont really understand the first issue exposed in FAQ/FAQ.pthreads :
We currently don't support fork/exec/wait under pthreads.

	That obviously doesnt mean that the Java wait/notify feature doesnt work 
since I tested it and it worked.

	So I would like more details on that problem and what it can mean regarding 
the use of Kaffe's vm in comparison to Sun's
