[kaffe] serialization checkin

Hi Guilhelm,

	* libraries/javalib/gnu/java/io/NullOutputStream.java,
	libraries/javalib/gnu/java/io/ObjectIdentityWrapper.java:
	added for serialization.

I'm not sure NullOutputStream or ObjectIdentityWrapper were correctly
committed to the repository.  They do not come with a fresh cvs checkout.
