[kaffe] Kaffe 1.1.3 and ALSA 1.0.0rc2

Hi there,

I'm a package maintainer for Archlinux (www.archlinux.org).  We have a
kaffe package.  I was trying to upgrade to version 1.1.3 and running into
too few arguement errors with some ALSA function calls.

I'm pretty sure it was because of a change in the API between ALSA 0.9.8
and 1.0.0rc2.  My solution was to just compile it without alsa support for
now.

I just wanted to bring it to the attention of the developers.
