[kaffe] Moving java extensions into javalib

Hi,

After the successful move of rmi into
libraries/javalib, I'd like to move the other java
files from libraries/extensions to libraries/javalib
as well, mirroring the layout of pocketlinux. That
would mean that servlets, serial io and microsoft
stuff would be recompiled during the build like other
java libraries, and most extension *.jar files would
disappear.

Is that O.K. with everyone?
