[kaffe] New sound build system

Hi,

I've replaced the --with-sound=BACKEND option with a
more clever setup that automatically builds the
backends which can be built without the need to
specify extra optins to the ./configure script.

This implies three new options --with-alsa,
--with-esd, and --disable-sound that do the obvious
things. I've updated FAQ.sound with new docs.
