[kaffe] Using JAVAC_FLAGS for compilation

Hi Mark, 

thanks for the gcj status update & the patch. I'll
check the patch in on the weekend unless someone does
it before me.

In the long run, it would be nice to be able to use
gcj to compile kaffe's class libs down to native code.
But first things first.
