[kaffe] 1.1.0 build failure on parisc-hpux

Are you using HP-UX's /usr/bin/make, or GNU make?  The former is
pretty much rubbish, at least on HP-UX 10.20.  I highly recommend
installing GNU make before attempting to do any serious work.
