[kaffe] class library compilation...dependency error?

Heyo,

When I modify the PrimordialClassLoader.java, cd into libraries/javalib,
and type "make Klasses" I get back the message that says nothing needs to
be done for the class libraries...is this a problem?  It seems like a
modification to any library file within any subdirectory of
libraries/javalib should cause the class library jar to be rebuilt.
