[kaffe] File.createTempFile() creates files in /tmp with mode 0666!

I agree. I'll check your patch in.

If some application relies on world readable/writable
temp files, then it's probably broken, and the authors
should fix it. I'm not aware of any application that
needs world readable temp files. 

We can handle them when the bug reports start rolling
in ;)
