[kaffe] Kaffe CVS: kaffe dalibor

make dist should now work without problems. There is one issue left with make
distcheck: I'm getting some weird errors regarding permissions of serialized
converters. I'll concentrate on merging the remaining patches in first, before
taking another look at it, though.
