[kaffe] Making --enable-debug the default?

For 1.1.0, I think it would be nice if --enable-debug was the default
for configure.

Having the -vmdebug switch makes it a whole lot easier to debug
problems.  And I haven't noticed a bit performance hit (although I'll
admit I haven't measured it).

Is anybody opposed to that?
