[kaffe] strange failure on OpenBSD/sparc

Here is the responsible error. It seems to come from buggy header. We 
have to include something else in config/sparc/openbsd2/md.h ...

grep ru_utime /usr/include/*.h /usr/include/sys/*.h ? (I guess we may 
find it in #include <sys/time.h>)
