[kaffe] Plugin for Mozilla 1.5

The plan for the future is to use gcjwebplugin [1]. It's CVS HEAd can 
run with kaffe in theory, but seems to have problems with Kaffe's 
SecurityManager (or the other way round, I'm not sure). I hope Michael 
Koch can provide more insight.
