        include/gettext.h:
        New file, taken from GNU gettext 0.14.1.

        * developers/patch-gettext-bad-config-h-dependency:
        New file. Patch for a bug in a file managed by GNU gettext.

        * include/Makefile.am:
        Added gettext.h.

        * replace/getaddrinfo.c:
        Include gettext.h instead of libintl.h.

        * intl/Makefile.in:
        Use right location of config.h for depenedencies.

        * developers/autogen.sh:
        Add developers/patch-gettext-bad-config-h-dependency patch.

        * include/Makefile.in,
        libltdl/configure,
        libraries/javalib/Makefile.am,
