I'm not sure if this test belongs here or not...  The compile_time and
run_time directories were intended to check for differences in "compile
time" vs. "run time" class paths.  For example, if I compiled against a
class, but at run time, the class is really an interface (see
ClassToInterface.java and MethodErrors.java).  If you decide to keep it in
there, please leave a note as to why it has no peer in the run_time
directory.
