[kaffe] useless rebuilds on OpenBSD

Hello.

U updated to CVS version on OpenBSD. I type make and it gets as far as 
compilng the first classes with kjc.

The interesting is that when stopping it and resuming, it doesn't skip 
to rebuilding classes again, it rebuilds a lot of C code.

gmake -d gave me :

       Prerequisite `icode.h' is newer than target `basecode.lo'.
      Must remake target `basecode.lo'.
source='../../../../kaffe/kaffe/kaffevm/jit/basecode.c' object='basecode.
lo' libtool=yes \

as most other rebuilds are libtool dependent too... I wonder....
