[kaffe] Swing/AWT merge from GNU Classpath done

Now configure has passed.

But another problem that jikes dumps core while compiling library
files is still there.

My jikes is Version 1.19.  Do we need another version of jikes?

Before the big change around Swing/AWT,  the library files could be
successfully compiled with jikes 1.19.
