[kaffe] Kaffe-1.1.4 ./configure WARNING and ERROR report

Dear Kaffe authore,

I am tring to comile Kaffe-1.1.4 on latest cygwin probably ver5.0 
on windowsXP (Japanise version) but found some WARNINGs.

if you need winbase.h , winnt.h and winsock.h let me khow.
