[kaffe] darwin6 status of jit, intrp, etc

Hello,

to make some report, since yesterday darwin6 was broken with pthreads.

- I switched to jthreads and it works, at least, currently KJC is 
compiling libraries, we'll see if it finishes.
- I tried JIT3 (but I left pthreads on) and it miraculously compiles! 
but it hangs:

Compiling classes from  @all.files  using  /Users/multix/kaffe-cvs/
darwin/kaffe/kaffe/kaffe-bin -verbosegc -ss 500k -mx 512M at.dms.kjc.
