The patch didn't work for me. Line 120 is already uncommented, afaict 
from 
http://www.kaffe.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/kaffe/libraries/javalib/java/util/VMTimeZone.java?annotate=1.1

If your patch is still necessary after a clean checkout, could you 
please recreate it with cvs diff -u and resubmit it? Unified diffs (-u) 
are much easier to read than pure diffs ;)
