Cleaned up handling of standard int types

* m4/ax_create_stdint_h.m4: New file. Taken from ac-archive.
* configure.ac: Use AX_CREATE_STDINT_H instead of checking
for standard int types manually. It generated a header file
that delegates to the native headers and types where possible,
and creates typedefs for the missing types.
* config/Makefile.am (GEN_HDRS): Added config-int.h.
* config/config-hacks.h:
Removed sections braced by HAVE_INT32 and HAVE_UINT32.
* config/generic/gentypes.h,
kaffe/kaffevm/gtypes.h,
libraries/clib/awt/classpath-gtk/gtk-peer/gthread-jni.c,
libraries/clib/fdlibm/mprec.h:
Include config-int.h instead of declaring standard int types
