gcc 4.1.x fixes

2006-07-06  Dalibor Topic  <robilad at kaffe.org>

        * config/i386/jit.h (FIRSTFRAME): Don't use
        __builtin_frame_address, as that behaves differently
        under -O0 and -O1 under gcc 4.1.x. Use a small bit
        of assembler instead.

        * configure.ac: Ensure that -fno-strict-aliasing and
        -fno-omit-frame-pointer are set for gcc.
