Dear all,
I would have a quick question on xprofiling in Kaffe 1.0.6.
Does it support profiling multithreaded Java program? (I would profile both JIT
code and VM C code.)
I see from FAQ that the basic profiler misses proper handling of exceptions and
multi-threaded code. I wonder if same is true to xprofiler.
Btw, if I am to take % breakdown of I/O, compute, locking for a multithreaded
Java program and the JVM, is it trustable to sum up the time spent in methods
of related group like java.io.* ?
Thank you for your help.
Best regards,
King Tin
