Speed of version 0.9

The speed problem in 0.9.0 is annoying and I'm not sure I've got all the
causes sorted out ... especially since some of them are directly related
to the *new improved* JDK 1.1.1 classes.  As for the memory hogging,
this is caused by the way the JIT works and I've now solved this in the
next release.

I hope to get Kaffe 0.9.1 out by the end of the week but it might not be
functional on all platforms at that point.
