Even if you were paying support, you would need to provide more
information, such as a stack trace.  Since you're not paying for
support, you can't expect hand-holding.  Since you presumably are
a programmer, you should be able do at little bit of investigation
on your own.  If you can't be bothered to do that, why should
anyone else?
