Questions about running Kaffe on LINUX using SA-1100

Just remember that currently Kaffe on ARM Linux only supports the
bytecode interpreter.

I'm working on the JIT. The implementation is complete but I had
to stop the debugging until I can succesfully flush the instruction
cache (the code in libgcc does not seem to work and the first compiled
method crashes after executing the first few instructions).
