Constructor.c and JNI

It appears that Constructor.c in 0.10.1 was not brought up to JNI.
I'm trying to build an interpreter (instead of JIT) version on Windows.
I had the JIT version partially working, but I'm really more interested in
the interpreter version. Has somebody fixed this already?
