public domain implementation of java.util.*, java.lang.*

Hi,

We are looking for public domain implementations of java.*, especially 
java.util.* and java.lang.*. Previous posts to this list suggested some people 
are building such things. We may be willing to help some with that work. Does 
anyone out there know of anything? Partial implementations would be better 
then nothing, so any information that could be provided would be useful.
