JINI

Anyone taken a good look at the propose JINI license from Sun yet
(posted to their website)?  From my casual glance it appears that if you
commercially deploy a JINI product, although the source code to do this
is free, you must get branding from Sun ... and oddly enough this isn't
free.  It also appears that you can't clone JINI from the specs without
donating this back to Sun.

Or perhaps I misunderstand ...
