MS-DOS binaries again

Well, let me take a stab.
If you look at the platform availability chart for the Desktop (ie
OpenSource) edition, please notice that the DOS is not listed as available
under GPL license.
And the dos port isn't in the Desktop edition.
Then notice that the Custom edition talks about being able to run on DOS.
Then you put two and two together and figure out that it's not freely
available.
If you want it, you'll have to pay for it.
Or at least, this is what all available info points to.
