configure hangs after "creating test/Makefile"

Hi,

I have install the  kaffe-1.0.b3.tar.gz  package and the current 
kaffe-snap.tar.gz package. 

When I start configure (./configure --prefix=//c/tttt/kaffe) 
it starts with some test (some are not OK or NO - is that right?)
finaly it start to create some makefiles but after creating test/Makefile 
the cygwin-window show "sed" in the titel and nothing else happens.

Any suggestions?

P.S.: It also doesnt work without the snap.
