[kaffe] improving documentation

hi,

I've read this kaffe bug report on
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=169229
about most kaffe tools lacking proper manpages, and
actually kaffe's manpage is quite old anyway, so I was
thinking what we could do about it.

I am not sure if having x different manpages (in the
weird manpage writing language) is a good solution.
I'd prefer to have a documentation format like texinfo
and to generate man pages and other documentation
formats from that. Are there better options ?
