Sounds fine to me. I hope to have RXTX based javax.comm ready in time.

I should also collect my works/fails reports from 1.1.0-cvs on a web 
page, so that we can spot platform regressions easier.

Looks good to me. February is still far away, so who knows how far we'll 
get till then if we keep attracting impressive new developers at the 
current rate. ;)
