[kaffe] Swing/AWT merge from GNU Classpath done

Not too much of a hassle for me.

But the new problem is that, even though I use --without-kaffe-qte-awt,
configure checks QTDIR and fails.

Now I have to use --disable-native-awt to make configure work.

But this time "make JAVAC=jikes" dumps core.
