[kaffe] Kjc: unrecognized option '-encoding'

Dear Dalibor, 

I would use Apache SOAP instead of Axis now for simpler porting. 
I followed one of your previous mail to get Apache SOAP 2.3.1 fixed and run 
successfully on Kaffe 1.0.6.
But a side problem in getting the JSP page of "List" or "Deploy" services to 
compile. The error is "Kjc: unrecognized option '-encoding'". Any hints on 
working it around?
