For what it's worth, I recently installed a bug tracking system (based on
debbugs) for the GNOME project on http://bugs.gnome.org/. That's the same
system that was already used by the Debian project (www.debian.org/Bugs/)
for the last 2 years.
I can offer to install it somewhere for the Kaffe project if there's any
interest in using this system.
